On Tuesday, UMD AMA had the pleasure of hosting a Sales Case Competition with six Pepsi Co. associates, of which half were alumni of the Robert H. Smith School of Business. The competition consisted of three student teams pitching a partnership to sell Pepsi products at randomly assigned locations to the panel of Pepsi Co. judges. AMA members gained valuable experience from this competition, and left the event with a better understanding of sales, pitches, and face to face marketing.
