Program Information

fAMAlies aims to strengthen member experience and cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and rewarding chapter culture by pairing newer members with experienced ones. It involves managing applications, facilitating pairings, and tracking member engagement. Each fAMAly has 1 "Primary Mentor" and 1-2 "Little Mentors", with 4-5 members who are mentees.
