Jennifer holds an M.A. in International Economics and Latin American Studies from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. with honors in Latin American Studies from Mount Holyoke College. Half Argentine, she is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in Portuguese and French. She also serves on the boards of Keep America Beautiful and Operation Homefront.

Jennifer Silberman leads Dollar Tree’s culture and belonging, community impact, positive associate relations, public affairs, and sustainability efforts—aligning them with the company’s long-term vision and business priorities. A dynamic, collaborative leader with 30 years of global experience, she has worked across industries to create shared value for business and society. Her expertise spans sustainable business strategy, reputation management, organizational culture and employee engagement, and stakeholder collaboration—driving meaningful impact, strengthening brand reputation, and advancing long-term business value.

Before joining Dollar Tree, Jennifer was Vice President of ESG at YETI and held leadership roles in corporate sustainability, social impact, and public affairs at Target, Hilton, and APCO Worldwide. At APCO, where she began her sustainability career, she advised Fortune 200 companies, NGOs, foundations, government agencies, and trade associations on a range of environmental and social issues.

Emma Vogt is a Brand Communications Manager at CAVA. Originally from the Philadelphia area, she graduated from the University of Maryland in 2019 with a degree in Communications (Public Relations) and a minor in General Business.
She began her career in PR on the agency side, specializing in food and beverage, where she built a strong foundation in media relations and brand strategy. 
Now based in Jersey City and working in NYC, Emma helps shape the brand’s voice and visibility.

Chris Hatcher

Under Armour

Chris Hatcher is originally from Minneapolis, but has lived in Maryland for the past 8 years. As the Sr. Manager of Global Brand at Under Armour, he oversees Team Sports with a concentrated focus on Football, Diamond Sports, and Volleyball. He's refined his ability to align creative and cross-functional teams around a unified brand vision. He coined the term “Creative Architect”.

Hatcher is passionate about developing compelling, athlete-first content that authentically brings our brand’s voice and image to life delivering impact across all touchpoints. He takes a consultative and adaptable approach to leadership, recognizing that clear, tailored communication is essential to driving alignment and efficiency in high performance environments. He believes flexing to meet diverse communication styles has proven critical in accelerating collaboration and delivering results in a fast-paced, global landscape.
